It's Okay Not to Watch the Video
It's okay not to watch every video that captures every bit of brutality that is being brought to bear upon the people of America (or the world, for that matter). It's okay not to read every news article. It's okay not to listen to every news story.
If you don't take a break sometimes from all of the madness that you are being flooded with, you will absolutely drown in it.
Be prepared to take care of others in these dark and ugly times, but you also need to take care of yourself so that you aren't too broken to be of any use going forward.
Be safe. Be thoughtful. Be aware.
